Vår läsare som var här nyligen hade upplevt det i en stor klädbutik, förmodligen för att den är mycket stor?

Men den här gången inbillar jag mig att det kommer att efterföljas mer för att hjälpa medborgarna hålla stilen. Man vet sen den förra stora pandemin att folk orkade inte med den sista vågen, virus-, masktrötta.

Vi får se, jag befinner mig redan i en 99% isolering, berörs inte ens om matbutiken börjar ställa krav, jag tar hem all mat nu via MC-bud, för att hålla mig undan, tills jag ser vart den här vågen tar vägen.

Decisions taken at the meeting on 17 November.2021 by the Contagious Diseases Executive Committee under the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018
In the event of it being determined that the specified rules below and taken by the Contagious Diseases Executive Committee are not complied with, criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018.
The application of the rules will be supervised by the District Police Board, Municipalities, and The
Police General Headquarters.

DECISIONS;
ENTERING THE COUNTRY
People arriving to enter our country by air-sea routes, and from outside the island using land border crossings will be required to complete and register the created Digital Travel Document as specified below before travelling.
From 29.11.2021 DIGITAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, MUST COMPLETED WITHIN THE LAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO TRAVEL.
To create a Digital Travel Document.
By downloading the Guvende Kal application from the Apple Store or Android Market to their smart devices, they will create a Digital Travel Document from within the application and it is mandatory to have this with them digitally at the entry points.
Those who do not have a smart device are required to fill out the Digital Travel Document at www.guvendekalkktc.com. They will have the digital or hard copy of the completed form with them on entry to the country.
Those entering our country and according to their country entry criteria do not need to be quarantined, will create the Digital Travel Document from the ”Travel Code Transactions” section in the ”Guvende Kal Application”.
People between the ages of 6-12 entering our country will also create the Digital Travel Document from this section.
Those who according to their country entry criteria that need to be quarantined will create the Digital Travel Document from the ”Wristband Transactions” section in the ”Guvende Kal Application” if they show a residency address in our country (except under-12s).
Those who do not show a residency address in our country to stay in designated central quarantine hotels according to the country colour codes (5-14 days) will create the Digital Travel Document from the ”Travel Code Transactions” section in the ”Guvende Kal Application”.
Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can upload HES codes, vaccination documents, and PCR test results to the Digital Travel Document.
People entering the country can record their vaccination documents and PCR test results using the QR reader on their device’s cameras, within the app to read the QR codes on the vaccine documents and PCR test results.
Creating a Digital Travel Document will apply to people 6 years and above.
People under the age of 12 will not wear wristbands for quarantine purposes. In the time those entering quarantine will go to their stipulated residency addresses either alone in their own vehicle or accompanied by one driver in order to pass their time. People who do not comply with quarantine rules at residency addresses will be sent to the central quarantine, and the individuals will pay the quarantine fees themselves.
1 A ) COUNTRY COLOURS
The Criteria for entry into the country from abroad will be as specified below. The criteria for specified country colours will be updated every week.
The updated table of the countries’ colour codes with the related entry criteria will be implemented from 29.11.2021.

1 C ) GENERAL RULES
VACCINATED PEOPLE: Those that have completed the vaccination program from 14 days after the last dose.
SINOVAC: 2 Doses

COMIRNATY (Pfizer/Biontech): 2 Doses
VAXZEVRIA (Astrazeneca/Oxford): 2 Doses

People who receive two different doses of the specified vaccines above will be considered vaccinated.
People who have recovered over 6 months ago and have had 1 dose of vaccine will be considered vaccinated.
People who have recovered: On presenting a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel. These people will be considered vaccinated.
Children under the age of 18 can enter the country with their vaccinated parents or who have recovered from the virus as described above, according to the category of the country they have come from, in accordance with the specified PCR test rules (children over 6 years of age).
Passengers will be evaluated according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have set foot/ been in, in the last 10 days.
2. INTERNAL BORDER CROSSING RULES;
As a result of an assessment on the internal epidemiological situation on the island, **Level 3 **rules will be applied to border crossings.
Level 1: No tests, no restrictions. (In 14 days a total of 0-74/100000 people)
Level 2: No test for vaccinated people, 72 hour negative Antigen/PCR test for unvaccinated people ( In 14 days a total of 75-499/100000 people)
Unvaccinated students under the age of 18 and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to cross with a 7-day rapid negative Antigen or PCR test.
Level 3: People who are fully vaccinated with Sinovac, Sinopharm, or Sputnik vaccines, as well as EMA-approved vaccines (Johnson&Johnson’s 1st dose vaccine), will be able to cross with a 7-day negative rapid antigen test or PCR test 14 days after their final dose vaccine.
Unvaccinated people will be able to cross with a 72-hour negative rapid Antigen test or PCR test (including unvaccinated workers and health care workers).
However, unvaccinated secondary (secondary and high school) students and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to cross with a 7-day rapid negative Antigen or PCR test. (In 14 days a total of 500/100000 people)
People who request to arrive at our country from Amber-Green Colour Category Countries via South Cyprus will be processed according to the country entry criteria specified in the article ”1 B” above.
However, in the case of vaccinated people arriving from Amber Colour Category Countries that cannot present a 72 hour PCR test, then they will be able to enter at a border crossing on the condition they take a Covid-19 test.
People who arrive from Amber-Green Color Category Countries and stay in South Cyprus for more than 10 days request to enter our country, they will be processed under the Internal-Island Border Crossings rules.
With the exception of anyone who arrives from a Dark Red listed country, if people arrive and stay in Southern Cyprus for 10 days then the internal island border crossing rules will apply.
Unvaccinated tourists from amber countries on coach tours organized from Southern Cyprus will be able to cross daily provided that they present negative PCR/Antigen tests taken within 72 hours.
Adapass (Checks on those who have completed vaccinations or a 72 hour PCR test result for those not vaccinated.)
The Adapass check on people entering venues/sectors/activities/events will be used in all districts.
After registering for adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register, the application will open with the e-mail address of the business and the password sent to them via SMS
The following venues/sectors/activities/events that have not registered must register on the adapass.gov.ct.tr/company/register website.
**Note: **Sectors not specified above also have the option to register at adapass.gov.ct.tr address.

INDOOR AREAS OF RESTAURANTS / MEYHANES / PATISSERIES / CAFES’, COFFEE SHOPS AND CINEMAS.
Adapass checks made together with ID cards will be mandatory for ages 12 and above.
Adapass checks can be made with an Adapass card, vaccination card and test result document for ages between 12-18.
It is mandatory for a person to be made available for the purpose of actively checking Adapass’ at the entrances to the venues/sectors/activities/events mentioned above
Staff working in service sectors in our country and specified in the list below will repeat their Antigen tests with vaccinated people every 21 days and unvaccinated every 7 days.
4. TESTS THAT EMPLOYEES IN SECTORS ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE:

Hotels Staff, Casinos Staff, Musicians, Bars/Clubs Staff, Cinema Staff, Team Sports, Swimming Sports, Indoor Sports Halls, Indoor Children Play Area Staff, Entertainment/Concerts, etc, Organisation Staff, Nightclub Staff, Care Home Staff, Tour Boat Staff, Workers staying in Accommodation/Lodgings, Production/Factory Staff, Public Transport Workers, Staff in Places of Worship, Supermarket Staff/Shop Staff/Suppliers, Barbers/Hairdresser/Beauty Salon/Tattoo shop Staff, Restaurants Staff, Cafe Staff’, Meyhane Staff, Patisseries Staff, Coffee Shop Staff, Bank Staff, Public Service Staff, Office Staff. Internet cafe Staff, Betting Office Staff, Boxing/Wrestling/Close Combat Sportspeople, Beach/Swimming Pool Staff.
Note: Staff employed in schools and special education centres will continue to repeat their antigen tests every 14 days if they are vaccinated, every 7 days if not vaccinated.
All businesses will arrange for the total number of customers and employees to be 1 person will be accepted per 3 m2 for indoor areas. For the purpose of maintaining social distancing, it is mandatory that these businesses put signs at entrances and mark the floors accordingly to indicate how many people including employees can be in the m2 area of a business at one time.
Mandatory hygiene and disinfecting rules must be applied both inside, as well as the entrances and exits of the business, and it is the responsibility of the business to take these measures and implement them.
It will be arranged so one person in every 2 m2 will be taken in open spaces. It is mandatory to comply with the mask and social distance rules in all enclosed and open spaces.
People who have contact with a Covid-19 positive person in our country that requires quarantine will be subject to quarantine. The isolation period will be terminated at the end of 10 days for unvaccinated people and 7 days for vaccinated people if the PCR test result taken is negative. The quarantine process with a wristband for contacts will be decided by the contact team depending on the conditions specified.
Those people not recorded in the contact tracking unit’s database as a contact case will not be legally accepted as a contact case and therefore no official document will be issued that they have been a contact case will be issued to them.
When seen as appropriate Covid-19 positive people in our country will be able to spend the quarantine process at home with a wristband depending on the conditions specified.
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION RULES
When the studies and guidelines were examined, it was seen as appropriate to open special, preschool, primary and secondary education for the 2021-2022 Academic Year fully as part of the specified measures below.
It is compulsory for each school to form a School Pandemic Committee. This committee will work in coordination with the Ministry of Health and will consist of at least 2 people. {2 people up to 250 students, plus 1 person for over every 250 students}. The contact information of the person responsible for the committee must be forwarded to the Ministry of Health.
The Contagious Diseases Executive Committee will meet once a month as a minimum with representatives of the Pandemic Committees as determined by the Ministry of National Education and Culture to evaluate the situation.
A – Transportation
• Students, drivers, and supervisors will wear masks on school buses.
• Hand sanitisers will be available at the entrances to school buses.
• Supervisors on school buses will ask students about symptoms, and students with symptoms such as sore throats, coughs, etc. will not be allowed on the bus.
• School Pandemic Committees will be responsible for the disinfection of transport vehicles and the monitoring and supervision of other transportation-related precautions.
• Students taken on school buses for public transport will be seated in the same seat every day on public transport.
• Transportation companies and pandemic committees will be responsible for the implementation of these rules.
B – Masks
• All school employees (including transport staff) must wear masks as mandatory.
• It is mandatory for students aged 6 years and above to wear masks. It is recommended that students between the ages of 2 and 6 wear masks in the classroom and indoor areas.
• School Pandemic Committees will give training on the use of masks
• It is required that students wearing fabric masks wash their masks daily.
C – Entry- Exits
• Staff will be allocated by the school administration or the School Pandemic Committees at the entrances and exits of the school in order to avoid congestion. Social distancing will be maintained and observed at entrances and exits.
D – Class
• It is mandatory for staff and students aged 6 years and above to wear masks in the classroom. It is recommended that students 2-6 years and below wear a mask.
• Social distancing must be maintained within the classroom (especially with classrooms of pupils aged between 2-6) as much as possible.
• It is necessary to ventilate the classrooms and comply with the disinfection rules.
• Class teachers will ask students about symptoms as they enter, and students with symptoms such as sore throats, coughs, etc. will be sent home.
E – Disinfection
• School Pandemic Committees will give training on the use of hand sanitisers.
• Hand sanitiser should be placed where the school administration sees as appropriate. (canteen, dining hall, etc.)
• Disinfection procedures specified in the booklet prepared by the Ministry of National Education and Culture must be observed.
• Disinfection within schools will be supervised by the School Pandemic Committee.
F – Breaks
• Classes should take breaks alternately in order to prevent congestion.
• The necessary arrangements must be made by the school administration in order to prevent congestion in canteens.
• Classes should go alternately between meals in order to prevent congestion in the dining rooms.
G – Common Areas
• Toilets in the school will be disinfected frequently.
• Used as common areas, masks will be worn continuously and the social distancing rule will be observed in the teachers’ staff rooms.
• Used as a common area the teachers’ staff room needs to be ventilated and disinfected frequently.
• School Pandemic Committees will be responsible for the supervision of common areas within schools.
H – Activities
• Mask and social distancing rules will be observed for congregated activities within the school. These activities will be carried out keeping to minimum interaction between classes.
I – Illness
• Parents should be made aware not to send children to school with symptoms such as coughs, loss of taste/smell, sore throat, etc. to school.
J – Covid-19 Positive Patient and Contact
• The follow-up of Covid-19 positive patients and contacts will be managed in consultation with the established School Pandemic Committees in each school and the Contact Team of the Ministry of Health.
K – Tests
• Staff working at schools will repeat their antigen tests every 14 days if they are vaccinated and every 7 days if they are unvaccinated.
• Screening tests are not mandatory for primary and preschool students. However, a parent who lives in the same house as these students will be asked to test for antigen every 21 days if they are vaccinated, and every 7 days if they are unvaccinated.
• From grade 6 ( grade 6 included), students will repeat their antigen tests every 7 days.
• Employees of schools and students will be randomly tested by the Ministry of Health.
• The rules applied to the workplaces where they will be trained also apply to apprentice students.
Higher Education Institutions can be opened as part of the plan to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture.
Every University will form its own School Pandemic Committee.
Students coming from abroad will be able to enter according to the specified country entry criteria.
Higher Education Institutions will establish a Pandemic Committee. These commissions will create and implement a pandemic action plan within the framework of the criteria set by the Ministry of National Education and Culture, provided that mask, distance and hygiene rules are taken into account.
By presenting a students certificate or for registering as new students, people from Dark Red -Grey Countries who will be notified by the Ministry of National Education and Culture will be able to enter the country with the condition they stay in quarantine for 14 days.
It was seen as appropriate to carry out national/international exams to be held in our country in line with the following conditions.
Examination candidates and supervisors need to have a negative PCR test result taken in the last 72 hours, or an Antigen test taken in the last 48 hours.
The doors and windows in the examination area are kept continuously open for the purpose of ventilation,
People entering the examination area use their personal protective equipment throughout the exam,
Tables in the examination area are arranged in accordance with social distancing rules,
It was seen as appropriate to place disinfectant with a register at the entrance to the examination area.
Schools’ Positive Case and Contact Protocol
Before leaving home, getting on the bus, and entering the school, there will be a symptom check. Those who show symptoms (Teacher, employee, or student) will not be admitted to the school.
They will be directed for testing.
If a student shows symptoms in the classroom, the student will be directed for testing.
Return to school will be if the test result is negative.
If the student’s test result is positive; if possible, all students in the class and teachers who entered that class will be sent home on the same day. If not possible, be screened with PCR tests the next day and isolate at home until the test results are known. In the meantime, the School Pandemic Committee will forward the class list to its contact team (TSHD) Temel Sağlık Hizmetleri Dairesi (Department of Primary Health Care).
As a result of this PCR classroom screening, if 3 or more people from the same class test positive, the rest of the class will be considered as close contacts and if vaccinated, isolate at home for 7 days, or 10 days if not. The education of the students will continue in the form of distance learning during the close contact period.
At the end of the 7-10 day isolation period, students and teachers will be able to return to school with negative PCR test results. In this process, individuals cannot decide whether they are in close or distant contact. The Ministry of Health CONTACT FOLLOW-UP UNIT will decide on the case of close contact or contact and this decision will be notified to the class through the school administration.
At the end of the PCR screening, if fewer than 3 people tested positive in the class then this class will be considered contact only and will continue their education in the school by wearing their masks and without contact with other classes.
If a teacher’s PCR test is positive, students in all the classrooms where the teacher gives lessons (especially in the previous 2 days) are sent home to take a PCR test and be isolated until the results are obtained.
In the meantime, the School Pandemic Committee will forward the class list to its contact team via (TSHD) Temel Sağlık Hizmetleri Dairesi (Department of Primary Health Care). If 3 or more people are detected as PCR positive in any of these classes, that class will be considered as close contact and they will be isolated at home for 7-10 days. (The contact team will inform the school about the isolation period and when PCR tests will be taken during this time.) During this time, students will participate in distance learning.
If fewer than three people are PCR positive, this class will come to the school wearing masks and attend classes without mixing with other classes. Teachers who entered the classroom will be monitored for symptoms every day for 14 days and in the case of any symptoms students will be sent home after a PCR test.
Other teachers and employees in contact with the teacher at the school, if possible will take a PCR test the same day, if not on the next same day.
Contacts showing signs of COVID-19 during isolation will report their situation to 1102.
SPORTS.
Performance swimmers and licensed swimmers will be able to train, compete in swimming pool sports clubs and work with disabled individuals for rehabilitation can take place. Swimming pool staff are required to wear masks as mandatory.
It was seen as appropriate that open-air swimming pools work within the specified rules.
It was seen as appropriate that beaches work within the specified rules.
Indoor Sports Halls (Fitness) will be able to provide services by observing the rules of continuous ventilation, social distancing, and hygiene. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks continuously.
For competitions in open spaces, spectators will be accepted within the social distancing rules. For indoor competitions, a maximum of 1/3rd of the area will be used.
TRANSPORT;
No passengers can sit next to the driver on buses, mini-buses, “T-permit” taxis, and tour mini-buses, etc. The seat behind the driver will be organised by leaving it empty on buses, mini-buses, and “dolmuş” to transport passengers.
Vaccinated people age 12 and over using public transport (including those with 1 dose and not yet had a 2nd dose) will show their Adapass/vaccination cards. People not vaccinated will show a 72 hour PCR/Antigen test.
During transport windows have to be open, air condition cannot be used and everyone in the vehicles has to wear a mask. Vehicles must be disinfected after every journey.
It was seen as necessary to accept a maximum of 4 ferries per day with 350 passengers on each journey (excluding soldiers).
Lorry drivers entering the country for the purpose of shipping goods from our ports (Girne and Gazimağusa) can enter daily provided that they present a PCR test they have taken in the last 72 hours. If the test times of the lorry drivers exceed the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter provided that the Antigen tests carried out at the ports of entry are negative.
In addition, passengers can enter from both ports according to the entry criteria in decision 1.
If the test period of double-vaccinated flight personnel arriving in our country by air on flights exceeds the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter on the condition that antigen tests carried out at the airports are negative.
TOURISM;
It was seen as appropriate for hotel restaurants to have a 2 metre spacing between tables and if it is obligatory to provide a buffet, then food, beverages (including tea and coffee machine, dispensers) will be served by staff to the tables in this way and to use disposable plastic materials for this service.
People entering a Casino must be vaccinated. Masks will be worn and social distancing rules will be observed during their time in the hall. Unvaccinated customers will not be accepted.
SECTORS;
Restaurants, Patisseries, Cafes, and “Meyhane’s” Coffee Shops, Cafeterias will use a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor areas. Tables must be placed with a 2 metre space between them.
“Bistros’” at Bars and Clubs must be placed with 2 metres between them. The number of people accepted in outdoor areas will be one person per 2 m2 at any one time. The number of people accepted in indoor areas will be one person per 3 m2 at any one time.
Unvaccinated people will not be accepted.
People entering the internet cafes will be registered and will be able to use the computers for a maximum of 2 hours.
Betting Offices can use 1/3rd of inside areas and the serving of food in Betting Offices is not allowed.
Staff working in the nightclubs can enter the country assessed by the criteria of the country they arrive from. Unvaccinated people will not be accepted into nightclubs.
People entering our country because of IVF treatment will be processed according to the specific criteria in Articles 1 and 2. People who are scheduled to go from quarantine hotels to IVF Centers for the purpose of treatment will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR test results taken in the last 72 hours or an Antigen test taken in the last 24 hours and returned to the quarantine hotel again after treatment. The entire responsibility for the person taken from the quarantine hotel will be the Responsible Manager of the IVF Center. A commitment form prepared for each person to be taken from quarantine hotels to the IVF Center will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Ministry of Health Coordination Committee when applying for a treatment permit.
RECREATIONAL;
Where Engagement, Marriage, Wedding, Circumcision Ceremonies and pre-wedding parties
take place in outdoor areas, the number of guests accepted will be one person per 2m2 at any one time. The number of guests accepted in indoor areas will be one person per 3m2 at any one time.
Those whose ceremony it is and their immediate relatives will take PCR tests within the last 48 hours prior to the wedding date.
Masks will be worn at ceremonies and parties, seating arrangements must take the social distance rules into consideration. There can be no congratulatory greetings, monetary gifts should be placed in collection boxes. There will be no close contact performances, folk dancing, and dancing to disrupt the social distancing as stated in the commitment form.
According to the size of outdoor areas at public dance, ceremonies, music, concerts, Protests, rallies (meetings), tombola, congresses etc, exhibitions and activities, there will be one person accepted per 2m2 and one person per 3m2 for indoor areas and up to the specified number of people for that area at one time.
Cinemas’ indoor concerts and theatre halls will take people at half capacity and there will be no eating or drinking in the halls. Staff working in these sectors will wear masks.
OTHER AREAS;
Mass worship can be held in compliance with the social distancing, mask, and hygiene rules and using a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor worship area.
As part of the pandemic rules, workers’ boarding houses must have social distancing and well-ventilated areas. Maximum attention must be paid to social distancing and hygiene rules in common areas.

31. From 6 December 2021;
People who have been vaccinated with Pfizer, AstraZenica and Moderna and 6 months have passed since their 2nd dose;
People vaccinated with CORONAVAC (Sinovac) and 3 months have passed since their 2nd dose;
People vaccinated with Johnson and Johnson and 3 months have passed;
Those who have not had a 3rd dose of vaccine will be considered as unvaccinated in the country and their Adapass cancelled.
