Som vi vet pågår vaccindebatter i väst, vaccin är enda lösningen där, och här har man lagt krutet  på lite annat, och det kan vara kul för er att se skillnaderna.

Sen igår gäller texten nedan, och det är TRNC som nu motar tredje vågen helst i dörren.

Man satte sig själv som en röd stat igår, pga 90 nysjuka, och Sverige t.ex. är orange, se bild längst ner.

Vi har utegångsförbud från 00.00 – 5.00 till den 27:e, som ett exempel. Viruset är ingen frihetsfråga här alls utan en pandemifråga, där rädda liv är prio 1, och rädda folk från att insjukna alls.

TRNC har till dags dato 36 döda, och totalt 6 individer i respirator sen starten i februari 2020, och 1269 har fått akut sjukhusvård, så vi är rätt framgångsrika i att skydda.

Vi har heller inga maskprotester eftersom den inte heller är en frihetsfråga utan en hänsynfråga; man skyddar sjuka, gamla, svaga samt förhindrar att viruset får fäste.

Man sprutar också mot viruset  frekvent i samhället; 30% alkohol, 70% vatten.

Man har fångat 1039 sjuka främlingar via karantänhotellen, och vi har gissningsvis 30 alkade britter och irländare som anser att viruset inte finns, och som är verbalt upprörda, och som debatterar här och där. För övrigt finns enbart enighet.

In order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), The Council of Ministers of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, using the authority granted to it by Article 2 of the Curfew Act, Section 156, declares a partial curfew from 05.00 on 19.07.2021 to 05.00 on 27.07.2021 according to the exceptional circumstances stipulated below

1. The Ministry of Health, has decided to implement decisions regarding the Coronavirus (Covid-19) Partial Curfew Law within the framework of additional measures and exceptions taken by the Contagious Diseases Executive Committee on 14 July 2021 and decided they be implemented as follows:

(1) A partial curfew is imposed from 00.00 at night until 05.00 in the morning from 19 July 2021 until 05.00 on 27 July 2021.

(2) Within the framework of the decision of the Contagious Diseases Executive Committee, private sector employees working in order to meet basic needs and employees who give essential services in the public sector (Police, Fire Brigade, Municipality, Civil Defence, Health Workers, etc.) are exempt from the partial curfew and a partial curfew is imposed for persons other than these.
2. Those who do not comply with this partial curfew will be prosecuted within the framework of the applicable legislation.
3. This Order takes effect starting from the date it is published in the Official Gazette.

Decisions taken at the meeting by the Contagious Diseases Executive Committee under the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018

RULES FOR INDOOR SPACES;
It is mandatory to comply with the mask and distance (1.5 meters) rules in all enclosed spaces. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.
Businesses will arrange for the total number of customers and employees to be 1 person per 5 m2.
For the purpose of maintaining social distancing, it is mandatory that these businesses put signs at entrances and mark the floors accordingly to indicated how many people including employees can be in the m2 area of a business at one time.
In addition, the conditions for hygiene and disinfecting must be applied both inside, as well as the entrances and exits of the business, and it is the responsibility of the business to take these measures and implement them.
The application of the rules will be inspected by the District Police Board, Municipalities, and The Police General Headquarters.

RULES FOR OUTSIDE SPACES;
It is mandatory to comply with the mask and distance (1.5 meters) rules in all open areas. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.

DECISIONS;
1. A ) COUNTRY COLOURS
The Criteria for entry into the country from abroad will be as specified below. The criteria for specified country colours will be updated every week.
The updated table of the countries’ colour codes will be implemented from the first Monday after publication by our committee.

1 B ) RULES TO BE APPLIED ACCORDING TO COUNTRY COLOURS;
Dark Red;
People who have traveled to these countries in the last 14 days are prohibited from entering the country.
TRNC citizens will be able to enter the country with the conditions of a negative PCR test result taken in the last 72 hours and upon arrival on the island and a quarantine requirement of 14 days.

’RED;
Vaccinated or recovered
A negative PCR result taken in the last 72 hours before travel.
3 days quarantine
Note: Vaccinated people from the UK (United Kingdom) will be able to enter the country without quarantine until 29.07.2021. A reassessment will be made on the specified date.
Not Vaccinated
A negative PCR result taken in the last 72 hours before travel.
7 days quarantine
Because the Delta Variant has spread to all countries, regardless of being vaccinated or not all arrivals to our country will be tested for Covid-19 on entry.

People who receive two different doses of the specified vaccines above will be considered vaccinated.
People who have recovered from Covid-19 and have been vaccinated with 1 dose of RAPPEL and 6 months have passed will be considered vaccinated.
People who have recovered: Will present a positive PCR test result between 30-180 days before travel. These people will be considered vaccinated.

Children under the age of 18 can enter the country with their vaccinated parents or who have recovered from the virus as described above, according to the category of the country they have come from, in accordance with the specified PCR test rules (children over 6 years of age).
Passengers will be evaluated according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have set foot/ been in, in the last 10 days.
With the exemption of arrivals from Green Countries, because the Delta Variant has spread to all countries, regardless of being vaccinated or not all arrivals to our country will be tested for Covid-19 on entry.

DELTA VARIANT COUNTRIES;
The ”DELTA” Variant is evaluated by WHO as ”variants of concern”; VOC)”.

2. INTERNAL BORDER CROSSING RULES;
Level 1: No tests, no restrictions
Level 2: Negative Antigen/PCR test every 7 days
Level 3: People who are fully vaccinated with Sinovac, Sinopharm, or Sputnik vaccines, as well as EMA-approved vaccines (Johnson&Johnson’s 1st dose vaccine), will be able to cross with a 7-day negative rapid antigen test or PCR test 14 days after their final dose vaccine.
Unvaccinated people will be able to cross with a 72-hour negative rapid Antigen test or PCR test (including unvaccinated workers and health care workers).
However, unvaccinated high school students and residents of Kato Pyrgos will be able to cross with a 7-day rapid negative Antigen or PCR test.
Passengers will be evaluated according to the country in the highest risk group among the countries they have set foot/ been in in the last 10 days.
With the exception of anyone who arrives from a Dark Red listed country, if people arrive and stay in Southern Cyprus for 10 days then the border crossing rules will apply.
For coach tours organized from Southern Cyprus, unvaccinated tourists from orange and yellow countries will be able to cross for the day provided that they present negative Antigen tests taken in the last 24 hours or negative PCR tests taken in the last 72 hours.

3. By showing an address of residence in our country and on the condition of downloading the “Güvende Kal” (Stay Safe Application) before arriving in the country, People who need to be quarantined according to the above criteria, will be able to spend quarantine periods of 7-14 days according to the country they arrived from at their specified addresses of residence with a wristband. For the purpose of spending their quarantine period, they will go to the addresses of residence in the undertaking given, alone in their own vehicles or accompanied by a driver or by public transport, taxis and touristic mini-buses with permits specified by the Ministry of Finance.
People over the age of 65 and those who go abroad for health reasons via the Health Committee will be able to download the “Güvende Kal” (Stay Safe Application) immediately after they arrive in the country.
Children under the age of 12 will not be fitted with wristbands.
Those not covered by the rules specified above, who do not show a residence address in our country and people arriving at our country, will remain in designated central quarantine hotels for 7-14 days according to the country they came from.
People who do not comply with home quarantine will be sent to central quarantine, they will pay the quarantine fees themselves and it is recommended that criminal proceedings be initiated against them in accordance with the relevant legislation.

4. People who have contact with a Covid-19 positive person in our country that requires quarantine will be subject to quarantine for 10 days. At the end of 10 days, the isolation period will be terminated if the PCR test result taken is negative. People with double vaccinations who have contact with a Covid-19 positive person requiring quarantine will be subject to quarantine for 7 days.

5. Covid-19 positive people in our country will be able to spend the quarantine process at home with a wristband, subject to the specified conditions if the physician in charge of the pandemic hospital evaluates them and sees it as appropriate. This will start from 19.07.2021.

’6. It was seen as necessary to accept a maximum of 4 ferries per day with 275 passengers on each journey (excluding soldiers).

TOURISM;
1. It is mandatory that hotels participating in the 4-night 5 days contained hotel tourism with charter flights subject to wristband application, sign the prepared contracts. Customers will definitely not be accepted from outside, for the purpose of using areas within the hotel, neither for accommodation nor for restaurants, cafes, etc.
People arriving to the country by charter flights organised for more than 5 days will need to repeat their test on the 5th day.
Double vaccinated people who come by scheduled plane and want to enter contained hotel tourism and can go to contained tourism hotels with wristbands.
In this context, it is seen as appropriate to organize a maximum of 14 flights per week.
In addition, additional charter flights requested to be organized because of “Bayram” will be subject to the permission of the Ministry of Health.
Hotel staff will wear masks and repeat PCR tests every 7 days.
Hotel staff will be able to leave by taking and having a negative PCR test result 2 days after the customers have left. Suppliers will provide goods without any contact with people in the hotel.
TRNC citizens are not allowed to arrive on charter flights. (However, dual nationals can enter on presenting their residency address in another country. If they do not comply with the specified rules, they will be placed in central quarantine).

2. Hotels wanting to participate in local tourism will sign the prepared commitment forms and provide services within the framework of the specified rules. Hotel staff will repeat PCR tests every 7 days.
Hotels participating in local tourism (including beaches, wedding-engagement organizations, and events, etc.) cannot participate in contained hotel tourism with charter flights and cannot be used as quarantine hotels.

3. To enter a Hotel/Casino, it will be required as mandatory for people not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. It was seen as appropriate for hotel restaurants to have a 2 metre spacing between tables and if it is obligatory to provide a buffet, then food, beverages (including tea and coffee machine, dispensers) will be served by staff to the tables in this way.
It was seen as appropriate to use disposable plastic materials for this service.
Hotel/casino staff will wear masks and repeat PCR tests every 7 days.

4. Sea cruise boats can continue to provide services with HALF of their passenger capacity. Staff on the tour boat will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days. In addition, the prepared commitment forms will be signed and legal action will be initiated against those who are found to be not complying with the specified rules. Marinas will be open.

EDUCATION;
1. State and private schools can be opened as part of the plan to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture. (including private teaching institutions, study classes, private lessons, course activities, and summer schools). Teachers and staff working in Creche’s (3,4,5-year-olds) and open education sectors will repeat an Antigen test every 7 days at specified stations. . Students over the age of 6 will repeat their Antigen tests every 14 days.
Higher Education Institutions can be opened as part of the plan to be made by the Ministry of National Education and Culture.
Students coming from abroad will be able to enter according to the specified country entry criteria.
People working at special education centres will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days.
It is seen as appropriate for apprentices connected to workplaces to start their training. The rules for specified sectors will apply to the apprentices.

2. It was seen as appropriate to carry out national/international exams to be held in our country in line with the following conditions.
-Examination candidates and supervisors need to have a negative PCR test result taken in the last 72 hours, or an Antigen test taken in the last 48 hours.
– The doors and windows in the examination area are kept continuously open for the purpose of ventilation,
– People entering the examination area use their personal protective equipment throughout the exam,
-Tables in the examination area are arranged in accordance with social distancing rules,
-It was seen as appropriate to place disinfectant with a register at the entrance to the examination area.

TRANSPORT;
1. Passenger transport can be carried out within and between all Districts.
No passengers can sit next to the driver on buses, mini-buses and taxis’, etc. The seat behind the driver on buses, mini-buses, and “dolmuş” will be left empty and passengers will be transported sitting in organised alternate empty spaced seating and operate at 50% capacity.
Taxis with “T” permits, will be able to transfer a maximum of 3 passengers and touristic mini-buses with permits a maximum of 5 passengers by providing all the necessary hygiene conditions are taken.
Drivers will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days.
During transport windows have to be open, air condition cannot be used and everyone in the vehicles has to wear a mask. Vehicles must be disinfected after every journey. In addition, owners of public transport and taxi companies will sign a commitment form. If it is determined that the rules specified in the commitment forms are not complied with, criminal proceedings will be taken against them in accordance with the relevant legislation.

2. Lorry drivers entering the country for the purpose of shipping goods from our ports (Girne and Gazimağusa) can enter daily provided that they present a PCR test they have taken in the last 72 hours. If the test times of the lorry drivers exceed the last 72 hours, they will be able to enter provided that the Antigen tests carried out at the ports of entry are negative. In addition, the prepared commitment form will be signed.
In addition, passengers can enter from both ports according to the entry criteria in decision 1.

SECTORS;
1. Routine tests for service sectors in our country should be taken every 7 days as listed below:
PCR; Hotels Staff, Casinos Staff, Musicians, Bars/Clubs Staff,, Cinema Staff, Team Sports, Swimming Sports, Indoor Sports Halls, Indoor Children Play Area Staff, Entertainment/Concerts, etc, Organisation Staff, Nightclub Staff.
ANTIGEN; School Staff, Special Education Centre Staff, Supermarket Staff/Shop Staff/Suppliers, Barbers/Hairdresser Staff, Restaurants Staff, Cafe Staff’, Meyhane Staff, Patisseries Staff, Coffee Shop Staff, Banks Staff, Public Service Staff, Office Staff, Tour Boat Staff, Workers staying in Accommodation/Lodgings, Production/Factory Staff, Public Transport Workers, Staff in Places of Worship, Internet cafe Staff, Betting Office Staff.
Note: Students over the age of 6 have to repeat an Antigen test every 7 days.
Note: The sectors listed above will have PCR/Antigen tests in the places specified by the Ministry of Health.
2. Barbers, Hairdressers, Beauty Salons, and Tattoo Studios/Salons can carry out their work between 07:00 and 20:00. In these sectors, it is mandatory to comply with mask and distance (1.5 m) rules. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. People working in these sectors will repeat an Antigen test every 7 days and prepared commitment forms will be signed

3. Restaurants, Patisseries, Cafes, and “Meyhane’s” can continue with take-out services as well as using outdoor seating areas and a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor areas. Tables must be placed with a 2 metre space between them. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted to indoor areas. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff in these sectors will repeat their PCR/Antigen tests every 7 days. Restaurants, Patisseries, Cafes, and “Meyhane’s” can hold live music in outdoor areas. Musicians performing live music have to renew their PCR tests every 7 days.
Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.
In addition, these sectors will sign a commitment form.

4. Bars and Clubs can continue with their services on the condition that outdoor areas and a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor areas are used. “Bistros’” must be placed with 2 metres between them. Depending on the size of the outside areas, the number of customers accepted will be determined as one person per 2 m2 at any one time. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted to outdoor and indoor areas. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff in these sectors will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days.
Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.
In addition, these sectors will sign a commitment form.

5. Coffee Shops, Cafes, Cafeterias, and Locals, can continue using outdoor seating areas and a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor areas. Tables must be placed with a 2 metre space between them. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted to indoor areas. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff in these sectors will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. In addition, these sectors will be made to sign a commitment form.

6. Staff working at Supermarkets, retail, and merchandise services will renew their Antigen tests every 7 days. Chain supply staff will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days.

7. As part of the pandemic rules, workers’ boarding houses must have social distancing and well-ventilated areas. Maximum attention must be paid to social distancing and hygiene rules in common areas. People staying in workers’ boarding houses will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days.

8. Personnel working in factories operating in production in our country will repeat their Antigen tests every 7 days.

 

9. People entering our country because of IVF treatment will be processed according to the specific criteria in Articles 1 and 2. People who are scheduled to go from quarantine hotels to IVF Centers for the purpose of treatment will be taken from the quarantine hotel for 3-4 hours with negative PCR test results taken in the last 72 hours or an Antigen test taken in the last 24 hours and returned to the quarantine hotel again after treatment. The entire responsibility for the person taken from the quarantine hotel will be the Responsible Manager of the IVF Center. A commitment form prepared for each person to be taken from quarantine hotels to the IVF Center will be signed by the Responsible Manager and these forms will be submitted to the Ministry of Health Coordination Committee when applying for a treatment permit.

10. People entering the internet cafes will be registered and will be able to use the computers for a maximum of 2 hours. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted to indoor areas . Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff working in these sectors will renew their Antigen tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. In addition commitment forms in these sectors will be signed.
11. Betting Offices can provide services with prepared commitment forms in the framework of specified conditions. 1/3rd of inside areas can be used and the serving of food in Betting Offices is not allowed. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take an Antigen test within the last 72 hours. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff in these sectors will repeat their PCR/Antigen tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. In addition, these sectors will be made to sign a commitment form.
12. Staff working in the nightclubs can enter the country assessed by the criteria of the country they arrive from. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days.

ARTS;
1. It is seen as appropriate for the professional performers of theatres/concerts/displays to rehearse in line with the hygiene rules. Shows can be held with a maximum of one-third of the halls full. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Social distancing and the mask rule must be observed in the halls. Everyone with a task in the performance hall must have negative PCR tests taken in the last 72 hours. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. Prepared commitments forms must be signed regarding these sectors. 1/3rd of internal areas can be used.
2. It was seen appropriate to start Music/Ballet lessons provided that the instructors teach one-on-one. Instructors will repeat their PCR test every 7 days. Only individual lessons will take place.
3. Depending on the size of the outside areas, the number of people accepted will be determined as one person per 2 m2 at any one time for outdoor shows of group dances, ceremonies, festivals, music, etc. One-third of inside areas will be used by the audience. It will be required as mandatory for the audience and those who take the stage that are not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted to indoor areas.
4. It was seen as appropriate that Folk Dancing rehearsals can be held in compliance with the mask and hygiene rules in outdoor areas.
5. People will be received into movie theatres in such a way that a maximum of 1/3rd will be used and eating and drinking in the halls is not permitted. It will be required as mandatory for customers not vaccinated to take PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff in these sectors will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. In addition, a commitment form will be signed.

SPORTS;
1. It is seen as appropriate for non-contact, individual sports activities, training, and competitions with spectators within the social distance rules, to take place in open spaces. [Athletics, Horse Riding, Archery, Tennis, Golf, Triathlon, Cycling, Outdoor Swimming, Sailing, sports activities for everyone (Bocce and Orienteering), Shooting, Hunting (sporting activities), Air Sports, Motorbike and vehicle Racing].
2. It was seen as appropriate for team sports training to be held in indoor and outdoor areas and hold competitions with spectators. It will be required as mandatory for people not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted into the halls. Athletes and technical teams participating in the training will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with. In addition, a commitment form will be signed.
3. Performance swimmers and licensed swimmers will be able to train, compete in swimming pool sports clubs and work with disabled individuals for rehabilitation can take place. It will be required as mandatory for people not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours to be accepted into the halls. Swimming pool staff are required to wear masks as mandatory. Staff at swimming pools will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days.
It was seen as appropriate that open-air swimming pools work within the specified rules.
4. It was seen as appropriate that beaches work within the specified rules.
5. It was seen as appropriate that where possible training for boxing, wrestling, and branches of close combat sports can take place in open areas or in well-ventilated environments. Competitions in the specified sports branches can be held in open spaces. It will be required as mandatory for spectators not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. The sportspeople have to repeat their PCR tests every 3 days.
6. For competitions in open spaces, spectators will be accepted within the social distancing rules. For indoor competitions, spectators will be accepted by taking the social distance rule into consideration and a maximum of 1/3rd of the area will be used. It will be required as mandatory for spectators not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours.
7. Indoor Sports Halls (Fitness) can provide services with prepared commitment forms in the framework of specified conditions. They can open from 06.00. Dance schools, Music, and similar schools and course activities can provide services within the framework of the pandemic rules. It will be required as mandatory for people attending that are not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours. Staff who work in these sectors are required to wear masks as mandatory. The staff has to repeat their PCR tests every 7 days. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.
8. It was seen as appropriate that youth camps can be held with half capacity, by observing social distancing, mask, and hygiene rules. It is mandatory for staff and those attending the youth camps to present a 72 hour negative PCR/Antigen test.

RECREATIONAL;
1. It was decided that Engagement, Marriage, Wedding, and Circumcision Ceremonies can take place in outdoor areas within the framework of specified conditions in the prepared commitment forms. Engagement, Marriage, Wedding, and Circumcision Ceremonies cannot take place in indoor areas. Seating arrangements must take the social distance rules into consideration. There can be no congratulatory greetings, monetary gifts should be placed in collection boxes. Depending on the size of the wedding area, the number of guests accepted will be determined as one person per 2 m2 at any one time. The prepared commitment forms will be signed.
2. Depending on the size of the funfair, tombola, etc area, the number of people accepted will be determined as one person per 2 m2 at any one time. It will be required as mandatory for people attending the events that are not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours.
3. Indoor Children’s Play Areas and Indoor Gaming Areas can continue with their services on the condition that the prepared commitment forms are signed and staff taking a PCR test every 7 days.

OTHER AREAS;
1. It is suitable to hold organised protests, rallies (meetings) and ceremonies in open areas in compliance with social distancing rules, protests, rallies (meetings) and ceremonies cannot be held in indoor areas. Criminal proceedings will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Act 45/2018 in the event of it being determined that the specified mandatory rules are not complied with.
2. Mass worship can be held in compliance with the social distancing, mask, and hygiene rules and using a maximum of 1/3rd of the indoor worship area. It will be required as mandatory for people going to worship who are not vaccinated to take a PCR/Antigen test within the last 72 hours.
People with duties in this sector will repeat their Antigen test every 7 days.

Audience entering exhibitions by Professional Artists’ Theatres/Concerts/Exhibitions
Audience entering Cinemas.
Spectators for Indoor Sports Competitions.
Spectators for Indoor Swimming Competitions.
Spectators for Boxing, Wrestling, and Close Combat Competitions.
Customers at indoor Sports halls (Fitness, Individual [Gyms]).
Funfairs, Tombola, etc. Events.
People participating in Group Dancing, Ceremonies, Festivals, Music, etc Events.
People participating at indoor Places of Worship
The sectors above will request an Antigen or PCR test taken within the last 72 hours if they are not vaccinated.
Antigen or PCR testing will not be requested from vaccinated people and people who have had the virus between 30-180 days.
